Uroshock’s shipping policy matches the same high standards as all our products.

Every order is processed within 1-2 business days. Generally, orders are received within 2-5 days, although occasional delays are unavoidable.
Customers receive a welcome letter as soon as an order is processed. At that time, you will receive a tracking number.
UROSHOCK RETURN POLICY
Uroshock’s return policy is crystal clear. We expect our customers to be absolutely delighted with all of their purchases from our company. Our products come with a money back guarantee. Once you receive any product from our company (Uroshock) you have sixty (60) days to initiate a return. To initiate a return, simply call 833-876-7462, or email us at email@example.com within (60) days of receiving the product. As soon as we are notified, by either telephone call or email, we will create a return authorization number. We will email you a prepaid return label, so that you will not be charged for any shipping fees. We will only accept returns with a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned product, with the return authorization number, your payment will be returned in full. We do not charge a handling fee, a processing fee, or shipping fee on returned products.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If for any reason your Uroshock device arrives broken, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for delivery of a new device (after the damaged device is returned.) PRODUCTS DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLECT
The Uroshock device is not immersible in water. Uroshock will not be held responsible for breakage due to neglect. The device should be handled as any sophisticated piece of electronic equipment. Uroshock will not be responsible for damage due to dropping the device or mishandling the device.
Uroshock offers an extended warranty that covers any problems with the device for the first 18 months. The extended warranty includes a breakage allowance. If the device is dropped and breaks one time, it will be replaced at no additional expense.
